Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven (From Thawed): Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove pork from wrapper Place pork on shallow baking pan. Bale for 25-30 minutes or until largest pieces of pork reach an internal temperature at 160 degrees F. Let pork rest 5 minutes before slicing. Conventional Oven: (From Frozen): Heal oven to 375 degrees F. Remove pork from wrapper Place pork on shallow baking pan Bake for 40 minutes. Remove pork from oven and break into individual pieces. Return pork to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until largest pieces of pork reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Let pork rest 5 minutes before slicing. Grill (from thawed): Prepare grill. Remove pork from wrapper. Place pork directly on grill over medium-high heat. Grill, turning frequently, for 15-20 minutes or until largest pieces of pork reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Let pork rest 5 minutes before slicing. Grill (from frozen): Not recommended. Previously frozen for your protection. Refreeze or refrigerate.
