For food safety, follow these cooking instructions carefully. Stovetop cooking: Place 16 oz of frozen Brussels Sprout into 1-1/2 cup boiling (Salted water if desired). Bring to a second boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, approximately 7 to 9 minutes; season to taste, stir and serve. Microwave cooking: Place 16 oz of frozen Brussels Sprout into a casserole dish; add 2/3 cup water. Cover and cook on high setting 6 to 8 minutes", stirring once about midway through the cooking period; if necessary stir and cook for additional 1 minute; drain, season to taste and allow standing covered for food safety and quality before serving. Stand(ing) time is important for safety and quality. Check for cold spots and continue cooking, if needed. "Times may vary from one microwave oven to another. Keep frozen until ready to use. Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165°F (Internal temperature). Because microwaves and stove-tops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required. If thawed, cook promptly. Refrigerate leftovers. Store at 0°F (-18°C) or lower.
