Whole Grain Quinoa, Whole Grain Parboiled Brown Rice, Onion (Dehydrated), Spices, Sea Salt, Garlic (Dehydrated), Tomato Powder, Yeast Extract, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Cilantro Flakes, Parsley (Dehydrated), Paprika Extract.

Directions 1. Add pouch contents + 1-1/2 cups water or broth into saucepan with tight-fitting lid (nonstick works best). Optional: Add 1 tbsp butter or olive oil. 2. Cover with lid and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; cook at a rapid simmer 14-15 minutes, or until liquid is almost completely absorbed. 4. Remove from heat and let rest covered for 5 minutes. 5. Stir, season to taste, and serve. Yield: 3-4 servings. Creative Ideas: For extra tomato flavor, cook as above, but use 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes + 1/2 cup water or broth. Replace white rice in a burrito bowl, wrap or taco salad.
