Directions
Keep refrigerated. Serves 4: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 bunch of trimmed asparagus, 2 Tablespoons of water and 4 discs of butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender about 8 to 10 minutes. Salt and add more butter if desired! Keep butter cold until ready to use and then pop it right out! Once opened, use butter within 10 days or freeze and use straight out of the freezer.
