Deep Fry: 1 cup Pride of the West Gluten Free Batter Mix. 3/4 cup cold water. 1-1/2 pounds prepared seafood, chicken or vegetables. Preheat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 365 degree F. Blend Gluten Free Batter Mix and water in shallow bowl. Batter will be thin, allow to sit for 15 minutes. Batter will thicken. Stir again before dipping product into batter. Dry food product thoroughly with paper towels before coating with batter. Dip food product into batter. Shake off excess batter and gently pl
