Directions
Cooking Directions: Stove Top: 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add riced veggies and salt/pepper as desired; cover skillet and cook until heated through, 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness. 3. Remove lid and fluff with a fork. Microwave (Cooking times may vary depending on cooking method and equipment adjust time and heat settings as necessary): 1. Pierce bag with fork and place on a microwave safe dish. 2. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until cauliflower is tender (microwave ovens may vary in power; cooking time may be outside this range). 3. Remove from microwave. 4. Open bag carefully, as contents and steam will be very hot.
