Directions

You will need: 4-6 small chicken breasts or bone-in chicken pieces; 1 egg; 1 tbsp water. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Whisk 1 egg and 1 tbsp. of water in the first tray and pour breading mix into the second tray. 1. Dip: Dip chicken in the liquid from the first tray. 2. Coat: Coat chicken with the breading mix. 3. Bake: Bake chicken until centers reach 165 degrees F (25-30 min). If cooking pork bake until center reach 145 degrees F or for 20-25 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hour of preparation.
