Directions: Use after your normal brushing and flossing routine. Do not swallow. Store bottle upright. Do not squeeze. Step 1: Remove & discard green spacer & foil seal (not for travel). Step 2: Push down firmly with palm to fully secure spout & cup. Step 3: Pour to line on cup. Step 4: Rinse, gargle & spit out. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Vigorously swish 20 ml of rinse (pour to indicator line on cap) twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Children 6 Years to Under 12 Years of Age: Supervise use. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Do not use.
