Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Tie the legs together loosely to hold their shape and tuck the wing tips underneath the turkey. 3. Place the turkey on a rack in a roasting pan, breast side up. 4. Brush the turkey with olive oil or melted butter and coat all sides with Amazing Taste covering well. Reserve some seasoning for the cavity. 5. Generously sprinkle Amazing Taste seasoning throughout the inside of the turkey cavity. 6. Roast the turkey, basting with the drippings once or twice until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh registers 165 degrees F. 7. Transfer the turkey to a carving board, tent loosely with aluminum foil and let rest for 20 to 30 minutes before carving. 8. Serve with pan drippings and your favorite stuffing. Use on: all poultry, whole or cuts.
