Organic Fire Roasted Southwestern Vegetable Soup, Light in Sodium, 14.3 oz.
Organic, fire roasted corn, onions and green peppers are combined with vegetables and black beans, then mildly seasoned with savory green chiles and Southwestern spices. Serve it with a dollop of sour cream and a stack of warm organic corn tortillas. Gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, tree nut free, vegan and plant based.

Directions
Shake before opening. Ovens may vary.
Microwave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 1½-2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve.
Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
