Bake: Conventional Oven
Do not place this bowl in the oven:
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
Transfer the food to an oven safe dish.
Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 25 minutes; stir, and re-cover; cook an additional 20 minutes. (45 minutes total) Microwave: Microwave Oven (for a 1200W microwave):
For best vegetable quality, please remove seal completely and cover with paper towel while microwaving.
Cook on high for 4 minutes or until hot.
Let stand 1 minute in microwave.
