Enchilada, Roasted Poblano
Gluten free. Certified Organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI). If it's organic it's non GMO. Microwave or regular oven. The star of this dish is our creamy poblano sauce made from scratch. It's smooth and flavorful with just a touch of sweetness. We start with fresh tortillas made from organic corn, then fill them with organic carrots, bell peppers, zucchini and fire roasted poblanos, fresh organic tofu and a blend of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. We fold the tortillas by hand, cover them with our poblano sauce and finish them off with a little extra cheese. Family owned since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Do not remove overwrap. Cook on high for 4-1/2 minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
Perishable. Keep frozen.
