Keep frozen/do not refreeze. How to Thaw: Remove desired amount of shrimp from bag and place in colander. Place colander inside bowl, cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours or until thawed. Or remove desired amount of shrimp from bag and place in colander. Place colander inside bowl. Cover shrimp with cold water; allow to thaw 20-30 minutes, changing water several times. How to Cook: Flavorful and firm Wild Baja Shrimp can be boiled with spices, broiled, barbecued, sauteed, stuffed, steamed or used in soup or stews. Thawed shrimp cooks in 1-1/2 minutes at a rapid boil; takes only about 1-3 minutes on each side on the grill. Be careful not to overcook.
