Directions
Cooking Instructions: Heat large saute pan or wok on medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into hot pan, then add vegetables. Cook vegetables for 5-6 minutes, stirring into cooking oil frequently. Reduce heat to low and add stir fry sauce. Continue to stir vegetables in sauce until vegetables are cooked to your preference.
Stir up a fabulous meal! Serve over rice with your favorite grilled shrimp, chicken or beef.
