Directions
Taro Pancakes: Yield: 4-5 - 4 inch pancakes. 6 oz Hawaii's Original Taro Pancake Mix; 2/3 cups water. Combine Taro Pancake Mix and 2/3 cup of water. Blend, until moistened. Preheat griddle or skillet to medium-high heat. Oil lightly. Pour batter onto hot griddle or skillet. Cook until golden brown, turning once when top begins to bubble slightly. Taro Waffles: Yield: 5 waffles. 6 oz Hawaii's Original Taro Pancake Mix; 2/3 cups water; 1 teaspoon salad oil. Heat waffle iron according to directions. Combine above ingredients. Bake in hot waffle iron until steaming stops. To Measure: Spoon into dry measuring cup & level with knife. Do not sift!
