Directions
Taro Pancakes: Yield: 6 - 4 inch pancakes. 6 oz Hawaii's Original Taro Pancake Mix; 3/4 cups water. Combine Taro Pancake Mix and water. Blend, until moistened. Preheat griddle or skillet to medium-high heat. Oil lightly. Pour batter onto hot griddle. Cook until golden brown, turning once when top begins to bubble slightly. Taro Waffles: Yield: 5 waffles. 6 oz Hawaii's Original Taro Pancake Mix; 3/4 cups water; 1 teaspoon salad oil. Heat waffle iron according to directions. Combine above ingredients. Bake in hot waffle iron until steaming stops. To measure: Spoon into dry measuring cup & level with knife. Do not sift!
