For a Delicious Cup of Hot Tea: Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil. Let water cool for 1 minute after boiling. Pour 8 oz water over one tea bag and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bag. For a Refreshing Quart of Iced Tea: Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil. Let water cool for 1 minute after boiling. Pour 4 cups over 3 to 5 tea bags and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bags and pour over ice filled glasses. Store in a cool, dry, area away from direct sunlight.
