Amy's Kitchen was created for people like us, looking for a hearty, home-cooked, tasty meal made with only the finest ingredients but with the convenience of a frozen dinner. We started with a traditional favorite, pot pie. It will remind you of the pot pies you grew up with. Our Vegetable Pot Pie is made with organic vegetables and tofu that are simmered in a creamy sauce, flavored with herbs and spices, then baked in a tender flaky crust made with organic whole wheat flour. Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve. (If glaze is desired, brush top with butter or milk and honey after first 20 minutes of baking). Microwave Oven: Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
Perishable. Keep frozen.
