Directions All You Need: 1 lb ground beef, turkey or chicken; 1 cup water; 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans; 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (Substitute 1 can [8 oz] tomato sauce for diced tomatoes); 1 pkg Lawry's Chili Spices & Seasoning Mix. Makes 5 cups chili. Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Spices & Seasonings Mix and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with desired toppings. Bonus Tip: Easy Chili Mac: Prepare chili as directed omitting beans. Serve over prepared macaroni and cheese.
