Directions
Cooking Instructions: Rinse 1 cup rice until water runs clear. In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, bring 2 cups water and 1 teaspoon butter (optional) to a boil; add 1 teaspoon salt, if desired. Add rice and return to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 3 minutes, or until all water is absorbed; fluff with fork before serving.
