Directions You Will Need: 1 packet Fajita Organic Seasoning Mix; 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil; 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken or lean beef, cut into strips; 1 medium onion, cut into strips; 1 bell pepper, cut into strips; 3/4 cup water. 1. Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add chicken or beef to pan and saute until meat is no longer pink. 3. Add onion and bell pepper to pan and continue cooking until slightly softened. 4. Combine water and seasoning mix together in a small bowl and add to pan. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes until sauce has thickened as desired. Suggestions: Substitute shrimp or tofu for chicken or beef. Use prepared fajita mixture as a filling for enchiladas, tortas or tostadas.
