General: Bring 6-8 cups water to a boil in a large sauce pan. Slowly add 2-3 bundles of Sun Luck Somen and cook for 3 minutes, stirring gently once or twice. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain well. Makes approximately 4 cups cooked Somen.
