Directions
1. Cook the pasta al dente (slightly undercooked). Rinse with cold water and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil (or water for fat free option) in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add two cups cooked pasta and vinegar and toss until well coated. 4. Slowly sprinkle contents of package while stirring constantly. Add Parmesan cheese if desired. If pasta becomes sticky, add a little water. Serves 2.
