Directions
Simple Steps to Delicious Potatoes: Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes. Cover with lid. Cook 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes. Note: During cooking, potatoes must reach a temperature of 165 degrees F for 2 minutes. Do not eat until fully cooked.
Keep refrigerated. For best quality and cooking results, do not freeze.
After opening, store in an airtight container and use within 3 days.
