Dessert Mix: Sugar, Corn Starch, Cream Blend (Pasteurized Sweet Cream, Nonfat Dry Milk, Sodium Caseinate, Soy Lecithin), Whole Egg, Whole Milk, Carrageenan, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Beta Carotene (Color), Less than 2% Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking). Topping: Sugar, Brown Sugar, Less than 2% Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions Needed: 1 cup (8 fl oz) whole milk; 1 cup (8 fl oz) heavy cream. In a 2-qt saucepan, combine whole milk and heavy cream with contents of dessert mix packet. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. When bubbles first break the surface, continue to boil and stir for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into four 4-oz oven-safe custard dishes or souffle dishes. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle the surface with contents of topping packet and broil 1-3 minutes (top rack or 4-in below heating unit) until browned on the surface. Serve immediately. Yields 4 servings.
