This 2014 Pinot Noir from heritage and Dijon clones comes from our three ranches in Anderson Valley. Hand-picked, sorted and de-stemmed, the wine is fermented in small macro-bins and stainless steel open-top fermentors. Before being transferred to 100% French oak barrels, the wine undergoes a three-day cold-soak and is punched down three times daily.
