Directions Handling Instructions: To thaw, remove from packaging and place on troy or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Grill: To Grill or Pan Sear: Pre-heat to medium-high heat. Prepare steaks with seasoning to taste and place on o clean, oiled surface. Cook steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side depending upon thickness and how rare you prefer your steak.
