Directions Press zipper to close. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Perishable. Do not refreeze. Thawing Instructions: Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into a plastic bag. Place the fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking. For quick thaw remove the fillet from vacuum wrap and place under cold running water until completely thawed, approximately 2 minutes. Cook immediately after thawing. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, cook thoroughly. Fillets are done cooking when easily flaked with a fork, and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place fillets on a greased baking dish positioned in center of oven. Bake for approximately 12-14 minutes at 400 degrees F if thawed. If frozen, bake for 16-18 minutes, checking halfway through. Broil: Preheat broiler. Place thawed fillets on a greased broiler pan. Brush with melted butter or cooking oil. Cook 4-6 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Gr
