Directions
Preparation Instructions: For food safety and quality, follow instructions below. Microwave: 1. If desired, slice sprouts in halves or quarters prior to cooking. Place sprouts in a microwave safe bowl with 1-2 inches of water or broth. Cover bowl with plate or plastic wrap. 2. For 16 oz of sprouts, cook on high for 5 minutes (Cooking times may vary depending on microwave strength). After cooking check for doneness of sprouts with a fork for preferred tenderness. Stove Top: 1. Fill pan with approximately 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil. 2. Take Brussels sprouts out of bag. Rinsing them isn't necessary. 3. Add Brussels Sprouts to pan and cover. Steam until tender, 3-4 minutes. Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze.
