This version of Amy's Organic Lentil Vegetable Soup has 50% less sodium than our regular Lentil Vegetable Soup, but it still has all of the taste! Our chefs start with organic green lentils, sweet carrots, vine-ripened tomatoes, tender green beans and delicious spices to make this rich-tasting, satisfying soup from scratch. It's ready to eat in minutes - just heat and serve. With 11g of plant based protein and 8g of fiber per serving, Amy's Organic Light in Sodium Lentil Vegetable Soup is also gluten free, dairy free, soy free, corn free, tree nut free and vegan.

Microwave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 1½ to 2 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute. Stir. Serve.
Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
