Directions Bread stored in plastic bag retains moisture which softens the crust. To bring back the crunch crust and just baked flavor and aroma, place bread in a preheated 350 degrees oven 3 to 5 minutes, or until desired crust is attained. Do not steam or microwave bread. It makes it rubbery!
