Directions
Cooking Instructions: Rice Cooker Method: 1. Add rice to inner pan of rice cooker. 2. Rinse with water and drain. 3. Add 1 cup of water for every 1 cup of rice. Adjust water for desired texture. New crop rice usually require less water. 4. Place inner pan back in rice cooker. Turn on rice cooker and begin cooking according to rice cooker instruction. 5.. After rice cooker is done, let rice rest for 5-10 minutes. Fluff rice with rice spoon/scooper and serve. Stove Top Method: 1. Add rice to a pot. 2. Rinse with water and drain well. 3. Add 1.5 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice. Cover pot and bring to a full boil. Allow to boil for 1 minute. 4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to lowest setting and allow to sit for 5 more minutes or until desired texture is achieved. 5. Fluff rice and serve.
