Peach Pie, Lattice
Famous flaky crust. The original Claim Jumpers flourished in the rich gold and silver mining territories of the Wild West more than a century ago. In 1977 we opened our first Claim Jumper Restaurant with a recipe for success we think is as foolproof as it is simple: great traditional American food served in generous portions, friendly service and a clean and comfortable environment. Today Claim Jumper is one of the fastest growing restaurant operations in the country, with locations in California, Colorado, Washington, Arizona and Nevada. Our delicious frozen appetizers, pot pies, dinners, family meals and desserts include both our traditional Western favorites and a variety of classic American recipes. Rest assured, all of our recipes still call for only the finest ingredients prepared with care. Thanks for taking our Lattice Peach Pie home. Proudly made in the USA.
Warning Contains: Contains: wheat, soybean. This product is manufactured on shared equipment with other peanut, tree nut, milk and egg containing products.
Directions Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove plastic wrapper from pie. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place frozen pie on cookie sheet on center oven rack. Bake pie for 50-60 minutes or until lattice top begins to turn golden brown. Remove pie from oven on cookie sheet, open sugar pouch with scissors and sprinkle sugar as desired on top of pie and return to oven. Never lift pie pan by edges. Let pie bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Pie will slice and serve most easily when cooled at least 2 hours. Baking Tips: If edges of pie begin to brown excessively, cover edges with a strip of aluminum foil and continue baking. Our pies are filled with luscious, ripe fruit, some juices may bubble over while baking so be sure to cover your cookie sheet with aluminum foil. To give your lattice crust an even more beautiful, flaky appearance, brush on a beaten egg before baking (avoid brushing the egg on the pattern around the pie's edge). Keep frozen until ready
