Meatball Seasoning Mix Ingredients: Bread Crumbs (Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour [Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt, Leavening [Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate], Sugar, Vegetable Shortening, Dextrose, Yeast, Natural Flavor), Sugar, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Onion, Soy Protein Concentrate, Corn Syrup Solids, Paprika, Spices, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Garlic, Soy Lecithin, Disodium Inosinate and Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers). Sauce Mix Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid), Wheat Starch, Salt, Butter [Cream (Milk), Salt], Onion, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Nonfat Dry Milk, Spices, Chicken Fat, Caramel Color, Chicken Broth, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers), Extractives of Rosemary.

Directions Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning & Sauce Mix; 1 lb lean ground beef; 1/3 cup water; 2 tbsp. oil; 2 cups milk. Directions: 1. Cut open pouch no. 1 for Sauce Mix first. Pour contents into small bowl. Set aside. 2. Cut open pouch no. 2 for Seasoning Mix second. Pour contents into large bowl. Add beef and water; mix until well blended. Shape into 1-1/2-inch meatballs. 3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Remove meatballs; drain fat. 4. Stir milk and reserved Sauce Mix into skillet. Stirring frequently, simmer on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Add meatballs to sauce; cook until heated through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice, if desired. Must be cooked for food safety. To Bake Meatballs: Prepare meatballs as directed flake in foil-lined shallow baking pan in preheated 375 degrees F oven 12 minutes or until cooked through. Cut this pouch first 1. Sauce mix.
