Cooking Instructions: Thai Jasmine Rice does not need rinsing or soaking. Combine in 3-quart saucepan, 2 cups water, 1 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and if desired, 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil, turn heat down low and cover with a lid. Simmer 10-12 minutes, or until all water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Remove from heat and allow the rice to sit (covered) for 5-10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
