White wine. The naturally grown grapes for our Reserve Vidal Icewine were pressed at an average temperature of -10 degrees C, thus enhancing the sweetness and concentrating the flavors. Rich tropical aromas of papaya, mango and apricot dominate the elegant bouquet. Bold fruit flavors balanced by fine acidity causes the palate and conclude with an exquisite silky finish.
