Red Wine, ABV 14.50%, 750ML Glass Bottle
Grapes are harvested when they reach their peak flavor, then crushed, demstemmed and fermented in temperature controlled, open-top, cement tanks. The fermentors are pumped over three times daily. Once dry, the wine is pressed and allowed to go through a complete, malolactic fermentation. The wine is racked and aged for approximately 12 months on 35% new French Oak.
