Pan Fry: Cooking Instructions: To Pan Fry: Arrange slices in an unheated skillet. Cook at 340 degrees F for approximately 3-1/2 minutes on eash side, or until cooked. Drain on paper towels before serving. Microwave: To Microwave: Put slices on a double layer of paper towels. Place on a microwave proof or paper plate and cover with another paper towel to prevent splattering. Microwave on high power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or as indicated below. Begin with minimum length of time, then check until done. Slices: 4; 6; 12. Minutes: 2.5 - 3.5; 4 - 5; 8 - 9. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
