Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Directions: Stove Top: Cook bacon in unheated skillet on medium 11 to 14 min., turning frequently. Oven: Bake bacon in shallow pan in 425 degrees F oven 18 to 22 min. or until heated through. (No turning necessary.) Microwave: Place 2 bacon slices (For two servings) between paper towels on microwaveable plate: cook on high 2-1/2 to 3 min. (Caution: Plate may be hot.) (Appliances and desired crispness of bacon varies; cooking times are guidelines.)
