Directions Cooking Instructions: For food and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher as measured by a food thermometer in the thickest portion. Since cooking appliances vary; these instructions are guidelines only. Cover pot and bring to boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
