Beef, Water, Roasted Garlic Seasoning (Mustard, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Roasted Garlic Powder, Natural Flavors), Yeast Extract, Citrus Extract, Salt, Fruit and Spice Extracts.
Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Gas grill: Pre-heat grill on medium-high heat. Remove beef from package and place directly on grill. Cook 6-10 minutes on each side, turning at least twice during cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Measure internal temperature with a food thermometer in the thickest portion of the beef. Allow beef filet to rest 3 minutes before serving. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove beef filet from packaging and place in shallow pan. Roast for 20 minutes on one side. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F. Turn over beef filet and continue cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, measured with a food thermometer in the thickest portion, approximately 20 minutes per pound. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.Perishable.
