Directions
Keep refrigerated. Serving Instructions: Grill: (recommended) Lightly rub each sausage with cooking oil and place on heated grill. Cook until hot, turning occasionally. Do not overcook! Sausages only take a short time to heat up on the grill. Or, place sausages on oiled sheet of foil with diced onions, peppers, and 2 tbsp of water or beer; wrap tightly. Throw on grill for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Microwave: Place sausage on microwaveable plate and cook on high for 30 seconds. Stovetop: Place sausage (whole or chopped) in heated, lightly oiled pan and saut briefly. Add 1 tbsp water after sausage is browned and cook covered for 15 seconds. Or, place sausage in boiling water for 90 seconds. After opening, wrap tightly in plastic bag and refrigerate.
