Directions
Keep refrigerated. For Food Safety and Quality: Storage: Wrap tightly and refrigerate; use within 3-5 days of opening. Use Gimme Lean as you would ground beef or turkey in all your favorite recipes. For fantastic meatballs: roll into 1/2 inch balls and brown in a little oil for 7-10 minutes. For juicy burgers: form into patties, season and brown in a little oil for 5 minutes. 1 package = 1 lb of ground meat before cooking and draining.
