Stove Top: Preferred Method: Cook only one bag at a time. 1) Empty frozen meal into a large nonstick skillet. Add 1/3 cup of water. 2) Cover and cook over medium-high heat 10 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven: Do not microwave in bag. Cook only one bag at a time. 1) Empty frozen meal into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish and cover. 2) Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3) Microwave an additional 4 to 7 minutes. 4) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
