Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Oven (Preheat 400 degrees F): Frozen - 80 mins; Thawed (Product may be thawed under refrigeration (40 degrees F) no more than 48 hours. Do not freeze) - 43 mins. Remove lid, bend lid slightly then place lid on tray so it is elevated over enchiladas. Bake 75 minutes. Remove lid, continue baking 5 minutes. 1. Remove aluminum lid, bend lid slightly then place lid on tray so it is elevated over enchiladas. 2. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of oven. 3. Bake for 75 minutes (If cooking from thawed, for step 3 reduce time to 38 minutes. Follow all other steps) (Product may be thawed under refrigeration (40 degrees F) no more than 48 hours. Do not refreeze. 4. Remove aluminum lid, continue baking for 5 minutes. 5. Carefully remove tray from oven. 6. Let stand 5 minutes to complete cooking. Will Be Hot! Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Ovens vary; cooking time may need adjusting. Keep frozen.
