Directions Heating: For best results use the microwave directions. Microwave: 1. Place frozen vegetables in 1-1/2 quart casserole dish and cover, do not add water. 2. Heat on high for 5 to 7 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F), stirring once halfway through the cooking time. 3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top: 1. Bring 1/4 cup water to boil in 3-quart saucepan. 2. Place frozen vegetables in gently boiling water. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F), stirring once halfway through the cooking time. 3. Drain and serve. Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. To retain highest quality and texture, do not overcook. Keep frozen until ready to use.
