Needs To Be Fully Cooked. Stove Top: For best results cook from frozen. Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid rolling boil in a saucepan. Add half bag (or less) of frozen vegetables. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and heat gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and stir prior to serving. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. For best results, cook from frozen.
