Directions
Steaks, Roasts & Carne Asada. Carne Asada/Steaks: Sprinkle 1 tsp of seasoning over a 6 oz steak, approx. 1/2 tsp on ea. side. Wait 5 minutes and grill. For a 3 lb roast sprinkle 2 tbsp all over the roast and rub well. Place covered with aluminum and cook in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 30 min. Remove foil and cook for 15-20 min more until brown and done. Vegetarian Dishes: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Chef Merito Seasoning over 8 oz. of chopped mushrooms over both sides of a veggie burger.
