Directions Tempura Style Batter or Fish Fry: Empty contents of bag into a clean bowl. Slowly add 3/4 cup (175 ml) of water. Mix well. Place pieces of food (fish, shrimp, vegetables, calamari, etc.) in batter. Remove food from batter. Fry pieces in very hot oil. Remove when golden or golden brown. Serve. Suggestion: Take large bell peppers or chilies, remove the seeds. Stuff the centers with your favorite cheese. Then cover with our batter and fry. Or dip potato wedges before making french fries.
