Directions Cooking Instructions: All You Need: 1 package Signature Kitchens Beef Stew Seasoning Mix; 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes; 1/4 cup flour; 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 3 cups water; 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. 1. Coat beef with flour. Cook in hot oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat until browned. 2. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 3. Add vegetables; cover and simmer 45 minutes longer or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings. Tasty Tips: Serve over mashed potatoes or with crusty bread and a tossed green salad.
